Rainbow Vanilla Mud Cake







Ingredients
  • 3 Woolworths white mud cakes
  • 2 tubs Betty Crocker vanilla frosting
  • Sprinkles

Directions
  1. After stacking the three cakes, with a layer of icing between each layer, use a palette knife to cover the cake tower in a thin layer of icing.
  2. Place the cake in the fridge for an hour before applying a second, smoother layer of icing. While this layer is still soft add sprinkles wherever you like!
  3. Bonus tip: Make this easy cake topper with wooden skewers, hot glue, and letters from your local craft shop or nearest.
