Sushi with Avocado and Red Caviar
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3 oz (90 g) red caviar
- 3 oz (90 g) any kind of soft cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ripe avocado,peeled and pitted
Method
Step 1
Mash avocado,using a fork. Add salt,black pepper and lemon juice.
Step 2
Using a wet hands,make a balls from cooked rice,then press a little. On the top of rice,layer by layer,spread mashed avocado,soft cheese and red caviar. Serve and enjoy!
