Steak with Chimichurri sauce






INGREDIENTS
  • 12oz sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. minced shallots
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In food processor blend olive, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic shallots, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour ⅔ contents in larger freezer bag along with steak and use remaining ⅓ of sauce for dipping. Marinate steak in refrigerator overnight or minimum 3 hours.
  3. Remove steak from refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. For grilling medium well, cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on both sides.
