  • 1 bag spinach or kale
  • 6 very ripe bananas, peeled and diced
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 6 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 6 teaspoons ground flax seeds
  • Unsweet vanilla almond milk (for when you're ready to blend)



Instructions

  1. Divide spinach and bananas amongst 6 sandwich bags. Drop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter into each bag. Add 1 teaspoon each chia seeds and flax seeds to each bag. Freeze until ready to use.
  2. When ready to blend, add one smoothie pack to the blender with about 1 cup almond milk and ice (depending on how thick you like your smoothie, use more or less ice). Blend until smooth!
