Easy Party Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
- 2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 packages Buddig Beef, sliced into small squares
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 2 stalks of Green Onion, Sliced
- Optional Add-ins
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Strips of Bacon, Sliced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Optional Add-ons for Coating
- 3/4 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
- Additional Package of Buddig Beef, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl or mixer, add all ingredients and mix well.
- If coating, form cheese ball into a ball and roll in chopped pecans or beef slices on a plate.
Wrap mixture in saran wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
