Easy Party Cheese Ball


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 packages Buddig Beef, sliced into small squares
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 2 stalks of Green Onion, Sliced
  • Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Strips of Bacon, Sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Optional Add-ons for Coating
  • 3/4 cup Finely Chopped Pecans
  • Additional Package of Buddig Beef, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl or mixer, add all ingredients and mix well.
  • If coating, form cheese ball into a ball and roll in chopped pecans or beef slices on a plate.
    Wrap mixture in saran wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
